Terms and conditions of sale

These terms and conditions of sale govern, without restriction or reservation, all sales of cosmetic products concluded on the YERA website between the publisher ("the Seller") and any non-trading adult individual ("the Customer").

The products offered for sale are those listed on the site, within the limits of available stock. Photographs and descriptions are provided for guidance only and are not contractually binding.

Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included, excluding delivery charges. The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products will be invoiced based on the rates in force at the time the order is confirmed.

Any order constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale. The Customer declares having full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. A confirmation email summarizing the order is sent once the order is validated.

Payment is made online at the time of ordering by credit card via a secure payment provider. The amount is debited upon order confirmation. The Seller does not store any credit card data.

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the Customer. Delivery times and fees are detailed on the Delivery & returns page. Delivery times are given as an indication; exceeding them cannot give rise to damages.

In accordance with articles VI.47 et seq. of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the products to withdraw, without giving reasons. Products must be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Return costs are borne by the Customer.

The refund is made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned products, using the same payment method as used for the order.

Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity under articles 1649bis et seq. of the Belgian Civil Code and Book VI of the Code of Economic Law. Any claim must be sent to hello@yera.care.

The Customer's personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

These terms are governed by Belgian law and the Belgian courts have exclusive jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. The Customer may use the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service free of charge, or the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
