We deliver to Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and France. Other European countries will open soon.

• Belgium — bpost Pickup point — 2 to 3 business days — €3.50, free from €50.
• Belgium — bpost home delivery — 1 to 2 business days — €4.95, free from €50.
• Brussels — bpost home delivery — delivered in under 24 hours if ordered before 7pm — €4.95, free from €50.
• Belgium — DPD Express — delivered within 24 hours — €8.90, free from €100.
• Luxembourg & Netherlands — 2 to 4 business days — from €6.90.
• France — 3 to 5 business days — from €7.90.

Orders placed before 2pm are prepared the same day, Monday to Friday, from our warehouse in Belgium. For Brussels, bpost home delivery orders placed before 7pm are delivered the next day.

A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number is sent to you as soon as the carrier takes charge of your parcel.

You have 14 days from receipt to return your order to us, with products unopened and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Procedure: write to hello@yera.care with your order number. We send return instructions within 24 business hours.

The refund is made within 14 days of receiving the returned parcel, using the original payment method.

Contact us within 72 hours with photos of the parcel and products received. We will replace or refund immediately, at our expense.
